Favorite Color:  Purple

Favorite thing to wear:  Leggings

Likes:  Kendall likes playing with her toys, watching movies, playing outside, blowing bubbles, practicing riding her bike and scooter, helping mommy cook and wash dishes, helping daddy put water bottles in the refrigerator, jumping on the pillows in mommy and daddy's room with Dylan, fruit snacks, Gigi's chocolate cupcakes, dancing, playing in the bath tub, getting her nails painted, and running and being chased, playing hide and seek, and watching you tube play-doh and music videos.

Dislikes:  Kendall is a very picky eater, so she dislikes more foods than she likes.  She doesn't like any condiments such as ketchup, bbq sauce, etc.  She also doesn't like not being played with, having to come inside from playing, going to bed on time, any type of tag in her clothes (its a must that we cut all her tags out of her clothes), and being around new people for the first time.

Milestones:  Kendall is an amazing little girl.  She can hold a true conversation with you.  She asks a lot of questions because she wants to figure out everything.  She is currently in dance (ballet and tap), and is starting to like it.  She also sleeps all by herself in her own bed at night.  She can sing an infinite number of songs, say her ABCs, count to at least 30, say her prayers (Now I lay me down to sleep....), dress herself, help out with her brother, and the list goes on and on.  She is soooo smart and outgoing.  God blessed us with the perfect daughter!

10 Months

*Dylan's 9 months appointment was delayed due to inclement weather, so it was rescheduled closer to his 10 month appointment.  A lot of the below stats are similar to 9 months because not much has changed (smile).

Date:  March 20th

Nicknames: Dyl Dyl, Dyl Man, Big Man, Big Boy, Dylanator, Baby Boy, Chillin' Dylan, Pickle, Pick, Pickle Juice, Pickle Meister, etc

Weight: 19lbs 10.6oz

Height: 30.4in (in the 90th percentile)-His doctor says he is on the path to be tall and skinny

Head:  18.4cm (in the 80th percentile)

Diaper Size: Size 3

Clothing: 9-12 months and Size 5 shoes

Feedings: 7oz every three hours. Dylan is also taking a rice bottle at night and in the mornings. Dylan is officially eating baby food and two containers at a time. He still likes sweet potatoes(his favorite), carrots, squash, apples, bananas, and all the fruit medlies.  We have given Dylan a lot of different table foods.  He likes bread, green beans, the crunchies that fall off of the fried chicken, potatoes (his fave), and just whatever we can give him in small pieces.  We have also started giving him water and trying to start him on the sippy.  He likes the water, but not the sippy cup so much.  We will just keep working with him.

Milestones: Dylan pulls up and stands up on chairs, tables, people, and just whatever. He takes steps around the table, and even tries to take one hand off the table and walk. He thinks he can do a lot more than what he can do right now. With him looking at his sister every day as well as the other kids in his class, we look for him to walk soon. Oh one more thing.....he doesn't drool all over the place anymore. We use to always keep bibs on him just to keep his clothes from being wet, but now we don't have to. Still no teeth, but we are definitely anticipating them soon

Likes: Baby Food, Gerber Puffs, putting anything in his mouth to chew on, standing up, playing with his big sister, watching Kendall laugh because it makes him laugh, and just being a fun-loving little boy

Dislikes: Getting his diaper changed on the changing table, getting lotion put on him, and being left alone. Dylan has also started crying in the mornings when I drop him off. I've read that around 9 or 10 months, babies go through separation anxiety. Ms. Jessica usually has to hold him and distract them so I can leave. Needless to say, he is very clingy now and just pro mommy a lot of the times. I love it, so I'm not complaining.

By the Window

These are pictures of Dylan and Kendall.  Dylan is 10 months in his pictures and Kendall is 15 months.  It's funny to see their similarities.  They have that same little mouth that turns down and that little button nose.  Also their eyes are a lil different, but very much the same.  Kendall's face was a fuller in these pics.  All in all, they remind me of each other so much on most days.  Awwwwwwe, my little heartbeats.....

Feedings: 7oz every three hours. Dylan is also taking a rice bottle at night and in the mornings. Dylan is officially eating baby food and two containers at a time. He still likes sweet potatoes(his favorite), carrots, squash, apples, bananas, and all the fruit medlies.  He still doesn't like green beans that much, but he will eat sweet peas.  I made some greens beans (table food), and he liked those.  I officially stopped pumping on February 13th, so Dylan has been drinking frozen milk.  He doesn't like to take rice bottle too often in the mornings now, but would rather have it from bowl.  His daycare teachers say he is a greedy lil something that will cry for rice cereal in the mornings.  He also loves Popeye's potatoes and gravy.  He ate his dad's whole side of potatoes one day (lol).  Needless to say, we won't have to worry about this one being a good eater.

Here are some random pics of My Dylan.  As you can see, he is quite the busy body.

Weight: 17lbs 4oz

Height:

He still likes sweet potatoes(his favorite), carrots, squash, apples, bananas, and  all the fruit medlies.  We thought he liked green beans, but he has since decided that he doesn't like them.  He is such a good eater that he would eat everything that we eat if he only had teeth (lol).

Milestones: Dylan moved to room 2 at daycare on February 2nd.  He sits in a high chair duirng breakfast and lunch and eats baby safe food from the cafeteria.  He crawls really fast all over the place and can pull up and stand while holding onto something.  He's even taken a few steps while holding onto something.  When I try to sit him down on the floor, he makes his legs stiff like he wants to stand instead of sit.  He is growing up so fast.  He is still drooling all over the place, but still no teeth.  His sister didn't get teeth until 10 months, so he may be following in her footsteps.

Kendall and Bella back together again

Kendall's first little friend from daycare was Bella.  They were both premie babies, so they were always the smallest and shortest in their classes.  With that being said, they always played together.  Until one day, I noticed that I didn't see Bella.  Their teacher told me that Bella had moved to another school.  I swear for like two months Kendall would ask me every morning where Bella was.  I had to sadly tell her every morning, I don't know, but maybe we will come across her one day when we are just out and about.  Well, Bella's mom left an invitation to Bella's third birthday at Kendall's daycare.  Kendall was ecstatic that she would get to see Bella again.  The Sophia the First themed party was at The Wonder Place, and they had a ball.  I made sure to get Bella's mom's contact information, so the girls could stay in contact.

Bath time with Dyl Pickle-The Mohawk

Dylan's hair is getting so long and thick.  We couldn't help but to put it in a Mohawk.  Dylan loves splashing water during bath time.  We have good times on bath days.

Sunday's Best-Kendall Edition

Here is our little Kendall before church.  She is rocking her new hairstyle commonly called a twist out.  I used a new product called As I Am Twist Defining Cream.  I really liked it, and Kendall did as well.  It's gonna really help me out in the mornings with not having to comb it daily.  Any who, all I have to say is this Princess is all ready for church!

Merry Christmas 2014

Christmas was a complete success and so much fun.  We got to start some family traditions, so I'm glad of that.  Kendall got to open one gift on Christmas Eve, and as you can see she opened a Frozen themed fleece blanket.  She loved it and had to sleep with it that night.

Below are pictures from December 23rd at my friend, Porsche's, cookie decorating party.  In good Kendall fashion, Kendall wanted to decorate and eat the cookies rather than decorate and save for Santa.  She had a good time and is even becoming more and more social with other kids.  She can be a bit of a loner at times, but she is slowly coming out of that shell.  Any who, she had a good time!
